Apply what the Picture needs, not what you learned.
First look at what are the corrections have to be done on the picture, maybe color correction, sharpening, color tuning ... Try to spend more time on Curve, Color Balance, and Level, I am sure you'll be surprise how much wonders these basic and simple functions can do ...
I know nothing about photoshop... so wat i did was i pull out the worst photo i have taken for this series and tune it to somewhat presentable photo. Actually i have tried all the adjustment for this photo, including curve, color balance, clone, repair, exposure, saturation, etc... this is my very first photo with proper photoshop adjustment, so i tried out everything tat i hv learned...
thank you very much for ur suggestion.. hope to receive ur suggestion again in the next photo...especially the color balance... no one can beat u la..haha.
